Shipping policy

Ergonomia Furniture provides assistance in organizing delivery services in the continental US as a courtesy to our clients. Clients also have the option to will-call their orders from our Carson, CA warehouse free of charge within 14 days of the arrival of the order once the balance payment is received by Ergonomia. 

The delivery cost provided by Ergonomia at the time of quoting projects is only an estimate, determined based on the volume of the order and the shipping address provided by the client. ERGONOMIA reserves the right to adjust the cost of the delivery if necessary based on the pricing provided by the carriers at the time of the delivery. The purchaser is responsible for paying the difference in the delivery cost. ERGONOMIA reserves the right to withhold the order until the delivery cost is paid.
